We are gladly to inform you that we are back to our traditional in-person classrooms for 2022 Fall Semester. Please contact us at RockyTopChess@gmail.com for details. Our Fall semester will have 15 sessions as usual starting on August 14, 2022 at KCCC location.

Dates planned for classes are:

8/14, 8/21, 8/28

9/11, 9/18, 9/25

10/2, 10/23, 10/30

11/6, 11/13, 11/20

12/4, 12/11, 12/18

In this Fall Semester, we will continue to offer two classes: beginners, and intermediate classes. Below is a quick summary on prerequisites on the classes. Please do feel free to contact us directly (rockytopchess@gmail.com) if you have any questions.

  • Basics

    • This class will accept new players to chess. Anyone with USCF 400 or lower can be benefited to this class.

    • Step 1 books will be used for this class.

  • Intermediate

    • This class will accept any players with USCF 800 or lower.

    • Step 2 books will be used for this class.
